Victoria County CAP Sites Association (VCCAPS) was formed in 1998 as an umbrella organization for Community Access Sites (CAP Sites) in Victoria County. Currently, 9 CAP Sites exist in Victoria County and our network of community partners and resources are vital in each communtiy.
VCCAPS is pleased to work with Provincial and Municipal partners in this Highspeed Community Communication Project. Provincial partner, Nova Scotia Department of Economic Development and Municipal partner, The Victoria County Recreation and Toursim Department.

We are pleased to welcome VCCAPS Fall Youth to our Community Communication Project. Through a partnership with the Office of Economic & Rural Development and the Youth Employment Strategy Initiative, partnered with Industry Canada’s Community Access Program (C@P), VCCAPS was able to hire 2 youth from Victoria County, Christina Powers and Julia Donovon.
